Push Me Daddy

By in

Today my three year old son Henry wanted to ride his tricycle to Pioneer Park.  This is the first time we have attempted this.  He did quite well except for one little hill that he had trouble getting up.  So I got behind him and pushed him with my foot to give him that extra power up the hill.  He appreciated the help and kept saying, “Push harder Daddy.”  I couldn’t help but think of some of my prayer times with my heavenly Father.  There are many times when I feel like I’m going up hill in life.  I beg God to help and then I beg him to shorten the time of difficulty.  In essence I have to agree with Henry, “push harder daddy” is my cry as well.
